Yes, patients who pay the full amount to Mentor Health can enjoy maximum discounted surgeries as compared to those who pay at the hospital.
If patients need to reschedule their surgeries, Mentor Health will facilitate it at no extra cost.

Yes, you can choose your preferred span of week. Our team will try their best to align the surgery in the selected hospital with the preferred dates depending on the availability of beds.
If there is any change in your medical condition, you can postpone or cancel your surgery by requesting the provided care manager.
Payment Queries
Book My Surgery offers four payment options. Patients can pay Mentor Health the full amount in advance, pay at the hospital, use a prepaid digital health card through the Mentor Health wallet, or donate to the ‘Donate a Surgery Campaign’ in partnership with NGO.
Mentor Health will handle the billing management for patients who choose to pay in advance or use a prepaid digital health card. Patients will receive the bill after they are discharged from the hospital. However, patients who choose to pay at the hospital will not be provided the bill management service by Mentor Health.
Terms & Conditions
Mentor Health’s subsidiary Mentor TPA has a third Party Administration license from SECP. We are a completely SECP compliance company ruled by their rules. You can trust us with your money.
