With the healthcare providers you choose to book appointments with through the Services, we could share your personal information with them. We could share your medical history form with your healthcare providers, for instance, if you use the Services to fill out a medical history form ahead of time for an appointment. If you opt to utilise the relevant Services, we may disclose your Personal Information to your Healthcare Providers so they can recommend you to and schedule appointments with other Healthcare Providers on your behalf or conduct analyses on potential health conditions or treatments.
In an emergency, we could disclose your personal information to healthcare providers.
Email addresses are NOT sold to any parties by us.
