Choose your Subscription Plan

1. Go to the Pharmacy tab in the App.
2. Select the medicines you want to order OR upload your prescription in pdf or image format.
3. Select your payment method and add your delivery address details.

2. Select the laboratory.
3. Then select the lab test you want to book OR upload your prescription in pdf or image format.
4. Select your payment method and add your address details.

We provide all the common and specialized lab tests. You can find out more and book a lab test through Mentor Health App after buying a subscription package or through your already activated subscription.

We provide up to 30% discount on all the lab tests with home sampling.

We provide up to 15% discount on all the pharmacy/medicines with home delivery.

Our subscription plans are segregated into two categories

1. basic.
2. Specialized.

You can visit the pricing section to view the plans available under the umbrella of each category and view the features associated with each of them.

To book appointment, please follow the steps below

1. On the home screen of the app select Book Appointment.
2. Either select your desired specialty of the doctor you want to search for or select hospitals.
3. You can have the nearest hospitals available to you on the top of the list. 
4. Select any hospital or specialty and you can have the list of available doctors. 
5. Tap on book now and select your feasible Date and Timeslot. 
6. Then proceed to payment procedure. 

1. Download the Mentor Health App through the Play Store or App Store.
2. Sign up in the App by entering the required details.
3. go to the Subscriptions Tab by clicking here or download the Mentor Health app
4. Tap on See Plans section in the bottom tab.
5. Tap Subscribe button to see the plans.
6. Choose your preferred subscription plan and proceed to payment.
7. If you have a subscription code then please tap  Subscription Code to enter a valid available code. 

1. Go to My Care tab in the Mentor Health App.
2. In the EMR section, tap on the doctor with whom you consulted.
3. You can view your Electronic prescription.
4. You can also add your previous prescriptions or lab reports in pdf or image format in the My EMR section.

1. Your current appointment will be shown on the home screen of the App. OR Go to My Care tab in the Mentor Health App.

2. Upon the selection of  Appointments tab, you can view your booked appointments through Mentor Health here.

2. On the top section, tap on the Lab orders tab.
3. You can view all your lab orders through Mentor Health here.

1. Go to the Wallet tab in the Mentor Health App.
2. Tap on the ‘Add Amount’ button.
3. Enter the amount you want to top up in the wallet and click on ‘Confirm’.
4. Select the payment method and agree to the Terms & Conditions then tap on ‘Confirm’ to proceed with the payment:

Bank Transfer:

1. Copy the Mentor Health credentials and transfer the amount from your particular Bank App.
2. Click on continue, then upload the image of your e-payment slip provided by the Bank App.
3. Click on ‘Submit’.

Visa/Mastercard:

1. Enter your card’s required credentials for payment.
2. Click on ‘Proceed’.

Direct Account Debit:

1. Select your Bank.
2. Enter your required credentials.
3. Click on the ‘Send OTP’ button to receive your OTP.
4. Enter the OTP to confirm your payment.

Mobile Wallet:

1. Enter your required mobile wallet credentials.
2. Click on ‘Proceed’.

5. Your amount will be added in the Mentor Health Wallet after the payment procedure is completed.
