Job Overview
As the Strategic Partnership and Alliance Executive at Mentor Health, you will play a pivotal role in
establishing and nurturing key partnerships and alliances. Your focus will be on identifying, cultivating,
and managing strategic relationships with healthcare providers, institutions, insurance companies, and
other stakeholders. By forging strong collaborations, you will help us expand our reach, enhance our
services, and bring quality healthcare to even more individuals and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Identification: Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners and alliances that align with Mentor Health’s goals and mission.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
- Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint initiatives, projects, and campaigns with partners.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and assess the performance of strategic partnerships and alliances, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for partner communication, ensuring seamless information flow and collaboration.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates on partnership activities, outcomes, and future plans for internal stakeholders.
Skills and Qualification:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in strategic partnership development, alliance management, or business development, with a strong preference for experience in the healthcare or HealthTech sector.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a track record of successful negotiations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker who can identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytical skills to evaluate partnership performance.
