Position Overview:

As the HR Manager for Mentor HealthFintech Ecosystem, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and
overseeing the human resources operations of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding
and expertise in HR management. You will collaborate closely with leadership and various teams to
attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and
excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Organization Restructuring:

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies and policies that align with the goals of the SaaS organization’s restructuring efforts.
  • Collaborate with senior Leadership and other stakeholders to understand the organizational restructuring objectives and design an HR plan to support the process.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the existing organizational structure and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

  • Lead and Manage the recruitment and selection process for new positions created as part of the restructuring.
  • Ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent to meet it evolving need

EmployeeDevelopment and Growth

  • Collaborate with leadership to design and identify skill gaps and execute training and development programs to enhance employee competencies in line with the new structure and role.
  • Implement career development initiatives, mentorship programs, and succession planning to foster internal growth.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous learning and upskilling to keep the team updated with industry trends and advancements.

Performance Management:

  • Design and implement performance evaluation frameworks, including regular feedback sessions to align employee goals with the restructuring objectives and foster a culture of accountability and High performance.
  • Advise managers on setting SMART goals and provide guidance on addressing performance issues.
  • Recognize and reward high-performing employees to maintain a motivated and engaged workforce

Employee Relations:

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees throughout the restructuring process, addressing any concerns or issues and facilitating effective communication.
  • Implement effective change management strategies to support employees in adapting to the new structure, promoting employee engagement, and minimizing resistance to change.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Collaborate with the finance department to design competitive compensation packages and benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular market research to ensure our compensation and benefits remain competitive within the industry.
  • Administer payroll processes and benefits enrollment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives that foster a culture of equity and belonging.
  • Implement strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce and ensure fair treatment for all employees.

Compliance and Legal Matters:

  • Ensure Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during the restructuring process, including labor law, employment contracts, and relevant policies and procedures.
  • Lead HR audits and maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

HR Analytics:

  • Analyze and report on key Hr Metrics related to the restructuring process, such as employee turnover, engagement, and productivity, providing insight to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in the startup industries
  3. Strong understanding of SaaS and startup dynamics and talent requirements
  4. Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  5. Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, organizational development and structuring.
  6. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  7. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  8. Passion for health and wellness, with an understanding of their importance in organizational success.
