As the Head of Growth at Mentor Health, you have a unique opportunity to lead a healthcare revolution in Pakistan. You will lead a dynamic team and be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, customer acquisition, and market penetration initiatives. This position reports directly to the company’s executive leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Growth Strategies: Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and implement effective growth strategies that align with Mentor Health’s mission and objectives.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
  3. Customer Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new customers, including individuals, employers, and insurance companies, by developing and implementing targeted acquisition plans.
  4. Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to expand our service network.
  5. Product Enhancement: Work closely with the product development team to identify and prioritize features and improvements that enhance the value proposition for our users.
  6. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing growth team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members to achieve targets and objectives.
  7. Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  8. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for growth initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  9. Brand Awareness: Develop and execute branding and marketing campaigns to increase awareness of Mentor Health’s services.

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  3. Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the healthcare or HealthTech, or Insuretech sector.
  4. Track record of setting and achieving ambitious growth targets.
  5. Ability to remain focused on objectives and deliver measurable results.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
