As the Head of Growth at Mentor Health, you have a unique opportunity to lead a healthcare revolution in Pakistan. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our integrated HealtFinhTech ecosystem. You will lead a dynamic team and be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, customer acquisition, and market penetration initiatives. This position reports directly to the company’s executive leadership.
- Develop Growth Strategies: Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and implement effective growth strategies that align with Mentor Health’s mission and objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Customer Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new customers, including individuals, employers, and insurance companies, by developing and implementing targeted acquisition plans.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to expand our service network.
- Product Enhancement: Work closely with the product development team to identify and prioritize features and improvements that enhance the value proposition for our users.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing growth team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members to achieve targets and objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for growth initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Brand Awareness: Develop and execute branding and marketing campaigns to increase awareness of Mentor Health’s services.
