Job Overview:
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Mentor Health, you will hold a pivotal role in steering the financial

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy:
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with its mission, goals, and market dynamics.
- Drive financial innovation and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Financial Reporting:
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Communicate financial results and performance to the executive team and stakeholders.
Risk Management:
- Identify and assess financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Implement robust internal controls and compliance measures to safeguard company assets.
Capital Management:
- Manage the company’s capital structure, optimizing the balance between debt and equity.
- Oversee capital allocation and investment decisions to maximize returns.
Treasury Management:
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to meet operational needs.
- Implement efficient treasury strategies and banking relationships.
Financial Operations:
- Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and procurement.
- Ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Financial Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements, including tax, accounting, and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
Investment Management:
- Develop and manage investment portfolios to optimize returns while managing risk.
- Monitor investment performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
Stakeholder Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the company in financial discussions and negotiations.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop the team’s capabilities and ensure alignment with the company’s objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is essential. An MBA, ACCA, or CA qualification is highly preferred and demonstrates advanced financial knowledge.
- Experience: Proven track record of financial leadership in complex and dynamic environments.
- Industry Expertise: Deep industry expertise in healthcare, technology, or financial services, or a combination.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on interpreting financial data and deriving actionable insights.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in developing and mentoring finance teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
