Business Development Executive 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Mentor Health. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Your efforts will directly impact our mission to transform healthcare accessibility in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, understanding their healthcare needs and proposing tailored solutions.
2. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and collaboration.
3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
5. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Mentor Health’s services and offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
6. Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and objectives.
7. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
8. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2. Professional Experience: Proven Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare, HealthTech or Fintech sector.
3. Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
5. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Market Knowledge: Understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
7. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
8. Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
