As a Brand Manager at Mentor Health, you will be the visionary architect of our brand’s journey, charged with crafting and executing comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with our mission of revolutionizing Pakistan’s healthcare industry. Your role extends beyond brand management; it encompasses dynamic marketing responsibilities, including planning, executing, and measuring campaigns that showcase our innovative services. You will safeguard our brand identity, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence across diverse touchpoints, while your astute market research will inform strategic decisions. Collaborating cross-functionally, you’ll drive alignment with organizational goals, and through data-driven analysis, you’ll continuously optimize our branding and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with Mentor Health’s mission and values, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image.
  2. Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media, to promote Mentor Health’s services and features.
  3. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience, highlighting the benefits of our services.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitors, using insights to refine branding and marketing strategies.
  5. Brand Identity: Oversee the development and maintenance of our brand identity, including logos, taglines, and brand guidelines, to ensure a strong and recognizable presence.
  6. Brand Compliance: Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including marketing materials, digital assets, and customer interactions.
  7. Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product development, and sales, to align branding and marketing efforts with business goals.
  9. Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of branding and marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field 
  2. Professional Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably for a tech company 
  3. Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  4. Content Creation: Proven ability to create engaging content across various platforms.
  5. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to make data-driven marketing decisions.
  6. Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  7. Strategic Thinker: A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans.
